  2. ENSURE THAT EVERY APPLICATION FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IS ANSWERED WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK AFTER ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO TOURISM STUDIES IS OBTAINED.
  3. ENSURE THAT EVERY IMPLEMENTATION OF DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS / PROGRAMMES / ACTIVITIES CONNECTED TO TOURISM, CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT BE STANDARDISED, OVERSEEN, AND EVALUATED UNTIL ITS COMPLETION ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE AND;
  4. ENSURE THAT EVERY ENQUIRY OR COMPLAINT IS ANSWERED WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK OF RECEIPT;
