Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) created another milestone on Monday when it added the City of Vladivostok in Russia to become its fourth sister city. Mayor Datuk Iliyas Ibrahim and Vladivostok City Mayor Igor Pushkaryov officially established the sister city relationship during a signing ceremony held at the Vladivostok City Council here. |
