The function was jointly organized by the PIBG and the Unit Bimbingan & Kaunseling of Shan Tao Secondary School, Kota Kinabalu.
Datuk Masidi Manjun menyampaikan hadiah utama cabutan tiket bertuah selepas merasmikan Penutupan Seminar Keibubapaan dan Majlis Angkat Sumpah Ahli Jawatankuasa (AJK) Persatuan Ibu Bapa dan Guru (PIBG) Sekolah Menengah (SM) Shan Tao, Kota Kinabalu 2009, di Dewan Maksak, Likas, dekat Kota Kinabalu, pada petang 23 Mei 2009. Majlis tersebut merupakan anjuran bersama PIBG dan Unit Bimbingan & Kaunseling SM Shan Tao, Kota Kinabalu.
