During his visit, Dr. Rameshwaran spoke to Datuk Masidi, who is also the Karanaan State Legislative Assembly (Adun) member, regarding the development of the Ranau District Hospital.
Datuk Masidi Manjun menerima cenderakenangan daripada Pengarah Hospital Daerah Ranau, Dr Rameshwaran Muthu yang membuat kunjungan hormat terhadap beliau di Pejabat Umno Bahagian Ranau, di Ranau, pada 10 Julai 2009. Dalam kunjungan hormat tersebut Dr Rameshwaran menerangkan kepada Datuk Masidi Manjun, yang juga merupakan Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Karanaan, mengenai perkembangan Hospital Daerah Ranau.
