Book Launching: Swiftlets of Borneo (2nd Edition)

YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun launched a book, ‘Swiftlets of Borneo (2nd Edition)’ at Keembong Room, Hyatt Hotel on the 11th of March 2014. The book was published by Natural History Publications (Borneo) and written by Lim Chan Koon and Lord Cranbrook. YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun melancarkan buku 'Swiftlets of Borneo (2nd Edition)' di Keembong Room, Hotel Hyatt pada 11 Mac 2014. Buku ini diterbitkan oleh Natural History Publications (Borneo) dan ditulis oleh Lim Chan Koon dan Lord Cranbrook.

Dinner with Sir David Attenborough

A dinner function hosted by YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun to welcome Sir David Attenborough on the 26th of February 2014 at Tanjung Room, Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort. Sir David Attenborough is a well known naturalist. YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun menghoskan majlis makan malam untuk mengalu-alukan kedatangan Sir David Attenborough pada 26 Februari 2014 bertempat di Tanjung Room, Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort. Sir David Attenborough merupakan seorang naturalis terkenal dunia.

Farewell call from Consulate General of Indonesia

YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun received a Farewell Call from YBhg Bapak Soepeno Sahid, Consulate General of Indonesia in Kota Kinabalu on the 26th of February 2014 at the minister's office. YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun menerima Kunjungan Perpisahan (Farewell Call) daripada YBhg Bapak Soepeno Sahid Konsul Jeneral Republik Indonesia di Kota Kinabalu pada 26 Februari 2014 bertempat di pejabatnya.

Malaysia Tourism Awards

YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun attended the 18th Malaysia Tourism Awards on the 20th of February 2014 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre which was officiated by YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Tan Sri Abdul Aziz, Minister of Tourism and Culture Malaysia. During this prestige event, Sabah won 10 Awards which are : YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun telah menghadiri acara Malam Anugerah Pelancongan Malaysia kali ke-18 pada 20 Februari 2014 bertempat di Pusat Konvensyen Kuala Lumpur yang telah dirasmikan oleh YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Tan Sri Abdul Aziz, Menteri Pelancongan dan Kebudayaan Malaysia. Dalam acara yang penuh gilang-gemilang tersebut, Sabah telah berjaya memenangi 10 Anugerah iaitu : Best Luxury Tour Package: Borneo Nature Tours

Best Nature Tour Package: All Borneo Connection Tours Sdn Bhd

Best Nature Tourism Attraction: Danum Valley

Best Culture & Heritage Attraction: Mari Mari Cultural Village

Best 3-Star Resort: Borneo Rainforest Lodge

North Borneo Sacred Legacy Photographic Exhibition

YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun officiated the North Borneo Sacred Legacy Photographic Exhibition, The Robert Knowles Collection which was held in the Sabah State Museum on the 18th of February 2014. Mr. Robert Knowles was the Regional Controller of Trade and Customs of the North Borneo Chartered Company. YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun telah merasmikan acara 'North Borneo Sacred Legacy Photographic Exhibition The Robert Knowles Collection' yang telah diadakan di Muzium Sabah pada 18 Februari 2014. Mr Robert Knowles merupakan mantan Penguasa Wilayah Kastam dan Eksais Syarikat Berpiagam Borneo Utara British.
